Godrej Properties has come up with three more
Property in Mumbai, adding to its already established portfolio. The company has been active in the real estate industry consistently, launching new residential projects from time to time. At a stage when the
real estate industry in India is recovering from a setback, the company has come up with three sophisticated projects for the property owners.
Moreover, these projects have been developed in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Besides, Godrej has launched another project in Bangalore, thereby adding a fresh 12.70 million area to its portfolio.
In Navi Mumbai, the residential real estate market has been growing at a good pace. GPL has established a joint venture, and it is presently working on a township project, spread over 100 acres in this area. The development area in this project is around 7.70 million Sq.Ft. A retail component will also be integrated into the residential project in this area.
In another project, Godrej has entered a joint venture with Nisarg Nirman Developers. In this project, the land parcel is around 6.4 acres. The project has been developed in Ambernath, one of the emerging real estate markets in the MMR. This is a 1.1 million sq. Ft project, that would be housing residential units. Given that Godrej has already established its image as a trusted developer, these properties are likely to be sold off quickly.
Godrej Properties purchased
land in Thane, where it is developing its third project. This project is being developed over 8 acres. The area offered in this project is around 1.10 million Sq. Ft. Primarily, this would be a residential area, with some commercial spaces in the same compound.
The fourth project is being developed in Bengaluru, as a joint venture between Godrej Properties and the promoters of Universal Builders. This is located in KIADB Hardware Park, in the northern parts of Bengaluru. This would be developed as an
affordable housing complex, offering all modern features to the residents.
The estate is being developed over 22 acres and covers a space of around 3 million Sq. Ft. Besides, this project is located on State Highway 104. The residents here would get seamless access to the airport. Besides, other business hubs in Bangalore are also located close to this area.
